• Holly is a communications professional with 15 years experience working both in-house for large companies such as Ford and VW, and at one of the country’s leading PR consultancies, Bell Pottinger.

• She has handled ‘shop-floor’ employee engagement programmes at Ford and Honda, particularly relating to the complex communications surrounding issues with trade union involvement such as pay bargaining and redundancy programmes.

• She takes a strategic approach to internal communications, developing bespoke programmes with each client that focus on employee engagement, draw from the overall business plan and help ensure a successful outcome for a reward review. She is also an experienced writer who provides clients with the high quality text and presentation materials they need to deliver their communications objectives.

• Holly has worked on a variety of Innecto projects including Arsenal FC, The Crown Estate, sportscotland, Channel 4 and Fremantle Media. She has a degree in Communication Studies from London University.
