• Elspeth is a reward specialist with both consulting and in-house management experience. After nearly a decade with Deloitte advising clients on tax efficient remuneration and compliance, she moved to Marsh as Head of Reward in 2005 where she was responsible for compensation and benefits, HR information systems and payroll. She led the implementation of flexible benefits for 5,000 colleagues and managed one of the UK’s first DB pension scheme transitions to the career average basis.

• Elspeth currently works with clients on all aspects of reward, focusing in benefits strategy and fleet management.

• Elspeth qualified in taxation before completing a Masters degree in Human Resources and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
