• Adam joined Innecto in 2010 from Sophos Plc, a global Software company based in the Thames Valley, bringing 5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits, particularly around pay benchmarking, pay structure creation, data modelling, analysis and design.
• Since joining our team of Analysts he has worked across the full range of Innecto’s offered services, supporting clients across the Media, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Charity and Sporting sectors.  He has most recently been working on a project with the London Stock Exchange.
• Adam holds a B.A. (Hons) in Classical Civilisations from the University of Leeds.
