We are recruiting for a Reward Analyst......

We are now looking to recruit a Reward Analyst to undertake interesting projects for clients in pay benchmarking, pay structure design and bonus scheme modelling. This will include liaising with clients around job specifications, interpreting data from salary survey providers, undertaking data analysis, manipulating and compiling reports, working closely with our internal teams of consultants.

To be considered for this role, you will need to evidence expertise and experience within a similar environment, either working for a consultancy or within a company HR/Comp and Bens/Reward function. We would also consider applications from recent graduates with relevant work experience. You will need expert level proficiency in M/S Excel plus wider proficiency in other standard packages, together with an attention to detail and developed communication skills from both internal and client facing perspective.

This position would ideally be based in our administrative office in central Wiltshire, with some limited home working opportunity and with some client-site meetings. All home working equipment would be provided.

The role could be undertaken either full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days per week) with some flexibility around working hours.
