Typically, our consultants have a number of years of either Reward/Pay Management experience for major organisations. or have experience working in Reward Consultancy. Analysts usually have a number of years experience working for an in-house Reward team undertaking duties such as pay benchmarking, pay modelling and managing benefits provision.
