Wendy Sales – Senior Consultant
Wendy joined Innecto in January 2008 and has more than 12 years experience in Compensation and Benefits.
Having most recently completed a contract with BG Group, previous experience includes senior roles with DHL, Coats plc, and the development charity Plan International.
In previous roles she was responsible for formulating and implementing all elements of the Compensation and Benefits Strategy in line with HR and overall business strategy. She also has HR Generalist experience.
Supplementing her UK Reward experience, Wendy has had considerable international exposure including managing worldwide salary reviews and global management bonus schemes.
Wendy has a degree, a post-graduate diploma and is currently completing MBA studies with Warwick Business School. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
