
Sarah Lardner - Senior Consultant
Sarah has over 16 years experience within Reward Management, HR and Business Management Consultancy. She has built up an extensive knowledge of Reward practices and has the experience and drive to deliver high impacting Reward Agendas. She has been involved in innovative Reward practices that have been leading edge, which have positively impacted the bottom line through cost control and increased performance.
Sarah is flexible and creative in her approach to projects, she enjoys being involved in the operational aspects, has strong analytical skills, as well as the conceptual design and delivery. Having also worked as a Business Management Consultant, Sarah has honed key transferable skills, such as programme management, business analysis, client relationship management, change management and communication, which she considers imperative to the design and/or delivery of any reward initiative.
Sarah has completed the CIPD Advanced Certificate in Reward Practice, and has used her knowledge and experience to contribute to reward publications and has reviewed specialist reward books. Sarah is keen to share her knowledge and has lectured to colleage students for the CIPD Rewards Module.
Sarah has worked in-house for various companies within the Energy, Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors - EDF, Nationwide, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Cable and Wireless.
