Matt Yerbury – Analyst
Matt joined Innecto in December 2006 as a Reward Analyst.
He works on modelling, analysis and design. He has experience in bonus plans, progression models, pay structures, pay surveys and more recently job evaluation. He has also been working on process automation and user interfaces within Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and VB.NET.
His client work include projects with The Crown Estate, Currys, Marsh McLennan, The Rugby Football Union, Mitsubishi Pharma, Travis Perkins, sportscotland and Wolseley UK.
Matt holds a BSc. (Hons) in Geography at the University of Bristol.
