
Justine Woolf – Director & Senior Consultant
Justine joined Innecto at the start of 2007 having previously held direct line and project management reward roles in varied organisations such as London Underground, GlaxoSmithKline, Woolworths and the Post Office.
With over 15 years of experience in reward and recognition, in both private and public sectors, she worked with internal clients to achieve commercial solutions that have impacted both employee motivation and the bottom line. She has used this experience to help direct a commercial reward focus for client organisations with legacy roots in the public sector whose aim is to be more market and performance led in their reward approach, leading major change projects with The Crown Estate, Skills for Care, sportscotland and Southern Housing Group.
Justine’s areas of expertise include pay structure design, performance management, design and implementation of incentive schemes, and benefits packages.
She is currently leading projects for Mitsubishi Pharma Europe and The Malaysian Rubber Board to develop new reward strategies and supporting pay frameworks. Other clients she has worked with since joining Innecto include Boots, Arsenal Wickes and Random House Publishing Group.
Justine has a first class degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
