
Gary Muller – Senior Consultant
Gary Muller has worked as a consultant for Innecto Reward Consulting since 2003. His specialist area is the design of bespoke job evaluation schemes, pay structure design and also psychometric testing.
Gary previously worked for Towers Perrin, based in London, where he worked on a variety of consulting projects in different international regions. This includes China Light & Power (job analysis) in Hong Kong and Q-Tel in Qatar (job evaluation and performance management)
Recent Innecto clients include The Equalities and Human Rights Commission, Channel 4, Vision Express, and Currys/Dixons. Gary has also worked with many government departments and agencies, helping them to modify and implement their evaluation and grading schemes. He was part of the team which redesigned the JEGS evaluation model in 2000.
His recent work has contributed to the development of an integrated web based compensation management system that incorporates job evaluation and salary structure/pay increase modelling. He also conducts statistical data analyses, including data cleaning, analysis and interpretation, and reporting of results.
Gary holds an honours degree in Industrial Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in occupational training (IPM). He is also qualified at level A & B in psychometric testing with the BPS. He has line management experience working for a multi-national corporation (Union Carbide) and also as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants in South Africa.
