Emer Bucukoglu – Analyst
Emer is an Analyst, with experience of pay benchmarking, data modelling, analysis and also design. Emer has been with Innecto for over 4 years having previously worked for Abbey (National) and as a reward analyst with Watson Wyatt.
She provides analytical support and advice on pay benchmarking, pay structures, data modelling, analysis and design and equal pay audits across a wide number of client projects, including Southern Housing Group, Schrader Electronics, The Crown Estate, Talkback Thames, Hammerson plc and AMR International.
Emer holds a degree in Applied Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Queens University Belfast
