David Rees - Consultant
David was a co-founder of Innecto in 2002 following a career in the employment services industry.
His reward expertise covers developing job descriptions and undertaking the delivery of job evaluation projects in a wide range of industries and organisations: The Crown Estate, Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), Financial Services (Marsh), Media (Fremantle/Aardman Animations), Retail (Currys) and Sales (Advertising Sales in Channel 4)
He also manages the Pay Benchmarking activities at Innecto; having project managed recent initiatives with Nottingham City Transport, Workspace, Delice de France and Imass.
