David was a co-founder of Innecto in 2002 following a career in the employment services industry.

His reward expertise covers developing job descriptions and undertaking the delivery of job evaluation projects in a wide range of industries and organisations: The Crown Estate, Local Partnerships, Arsenal FC, Retail (Currys) and Sales (Advertising Sales in Channel 4)

He also manages the Pay Benchmarking activities at Innecto; having project managed recent initiatives with national governing bodies of sport and a number of SME's looking to benchmark Executive/Director posts.
