Adam joined Innecto in 2010 from Sophos Plc, a global Software company based in the Thames Valley, bringing 5 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits, particularly around pay benchmarking, pay structure creation, data modelling, analysis and design.
Since joining our successful, established team of Analysts, he has worked across a full range of Innecto's offered services, supporting clients across the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Charity and Sporting sectors.
Adam holds a BA. (Hons) in Classical Civilisations from the University of Leeds.
