Gemserv
Gemserv is a small consultancy in the energy industry, who asked Innecto to conduct an audit of their current reward arrangements, and make recommendations as to whether they were ‘fit for purpose’. The audit consisted of three main elements :
- Executive and board management interviews to discuss the future direction and requirements of the business in future
- An all-employee survey to assess the effectiveness of current arrangements
- Analysis and evaluation of current policies, practices and market position
The report Innecto produced covered areas including market competitiveness of base pay, benefits and bonus, the effectiveness of bonuses in the organisation, base pay structure recommendations and career structure options. The paper is with the Board to allow them to establish priorities for implementation.
